Army Exploiting Women To Become Informers For Sexual Favours: Hizb-ul-Mujahideen Commander Naikoo In Fresh Tape

SRINAGAR, MAY 30: Hizb ul Mujahideen Commander, Riyaz Naikoo in a new audio statement has warned teachers for what he says forcing students to go on army-sponsored tours, while claiming that the Army was exploiting Kashmiri women to become informers in return for sexual and other favours.

In a ten-minute-long audio clip that has gone viral on social media, Naikoo says: “Promising the girls various favours, the Indian Army exploits the Kashmiri girls for being informers on militants or for sexual benefits.”

Calling Major Leetul Gogoi who was recently caught with a Kashmiri girl at a hotel in Srinagar as “inhumane and monstrous”, he calls for an end to army tours and other missions under Sadhbhavana.

“We warn teachers who force students to go on the army tours, we will not spare them,” Naikoo said. Naikoo also condemned the assault on civilians by army and forcing them to be informers upon militants.
