Militants Attack BJP Leader’s House In South Kashmir’s Tral

SRINAGAR, AUGUST 29: Suspected militants attacked the residence of a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district last night.

A source said the house of BJP leader Avtaar Singh was attacked by militants late Tuesday night in Monghama village of Tral.

He said Singh was not at his home at the time of the attack. He is currently putting up in Srinagar, said the source.

There was no report of any injuries in the attack.
