KU’s LLB 6th Sem Students Apeal VC

SRINAGAR 09 Feb 2019: Students of Kashmir University’s LLB third year batch 2015 have appealed the chancellor and vice chancellor of the varsity for their intervention in declaring the results of LLB sixth semester for the examination held in September 2018.

The students demand the result should be declared at earliest.

“Our batch was admitted for 3 years LLB programme in July 2015 and we were supposed to complete the degree in July 2018, the last sem exams i.e 6th sem exams were held in September 2018 but the result is yet to be declared by the examination wing of the university,” said a student Zahid Wani.

“It is an official apathy that 3 years degree takes 5 years time in Kashmir University. We approach the controller examination of KU on the daily basis but he does not give any plausible reply. We are facing lot of problems in courts and we are not able to appear in any competitive exams. Neither we are able to  get admission in any university for further studies,” he said, adding irony is that the result is to be prepared for only 250 students.
