Baramulla Girl To Write Missed Paper: Director Education Kashmir

A day after a 12th class school girl was refused roll number slip by school authorities in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district over non-payment of fee, the Director School Education Kashmir on Saturday said that BOSE will conduct her examination for the missed paper.

As reported exclusively by GNS, Baramulla Public School refused roll number slip to the student as her fee was pending from past one year. Though her father went before school authorities with Rs 10,000 and assured pay remaining balance, the school management refused the roll number slip as result the student could not attend the examination for chemistry paper.

State’s Education Department reacted promptly to the news and announced that the examination of the girl would be conducted afresh for the paper she missed.

“As per the Education Minister’s directions, JK BOSE has decided that the girl student from Baramula Public School, who missed her paper yesterday due to callousness of school authorities, will be allowed to take the missed paper later this week,” Chief Minister’s political analysts Waheed Parra told GNS.
