BY KICK STAFF Srinagar – July 15: The Jammu and Kashmir government Wednesday ordered the release of Rs 262 crore under MGNREGA for all districts of the state. According to an official handout, the order was passed by Minister for Rural Development Panchayati Raj, Abdul Haq Khan. He said the amount would be utilized for
