Mother Of Slain Rebel Saddam Padder Gives Gun Salute To Son In Shopian

SRINAGAR, MAY 07: The mother of slain Hizb ul Mujahideen commander Saddam Paddar fired few shots in the air to pay homage to her son who died along with four associates in a gunfight with government forces in Badigam village of Shopian on Sunday.

According to Rising Kashmir, the mother of Padder – one of the close aides of Hizb poster boy Burhan Wani – pressed the trigger of the rifle held by policeman-turned-militant Syed Naveed at Heff village last night.

Meanwhile, tens of thousands of people took part in the last rites of slain militants, Padder and Bilal Ahmad Mohand.

They were raising pro-freedom, pro-militant and anti-India slogans.
