Jammu, Apr 10: A Station House Officer (SHO) was among several cops injured in an attack by alleged drug peddlers in the Bari Brahmana area of Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.
Reports said that a police team visited the area last night in the pursuit of some criminals. However, the team was attacked by the criminals, leaving several cops, including the SHO, injured.
They said the injured were moved to a hospital for treatment while the whole area was cordoned off by police nab the attackers.
